The architect Lluís Muncunill built this textile mill in 1907 on a commission from the Aymerich, Amat i Jover company,
which had been founded by three Terrassa industrialists. The Vapor Aymerich was a wool mill which carried out the entire textile manufacturing process. Nowadays the building house the mNACTEC and can be visited as a modernist textile mill: coal cellar, boilers, chimney, steam engine and a 11.000 m2 engine room. The building is considered to be one of the finest examples of Catalan industrial Modernism. Permanent exhibitions: Espai Muncunill, Enérgeia, The textile mill,Transport, Homo Faber, mNACTEC Interpretation Area, Experimental Physics Laboratory.
