Audioguide “Modernisme industrial a Terrassa”

Audio-guide en different languages (Catalan, Spanish and English), to allow visitors follow freely the modernist and industrial route of Terrassa.

Itinerary by the following 10 buildings: Vapor Aymerich, Amat i Jover (mNACTEC), Mercat de la Independència, Confiteria Vídua Carné (Farmàcia Albiñana), Ajuntament de Terrassa, Casa Alegre de Sagrera, Gran Casino, Casa Baltasar Gorina, Teatre Principal, Magatzem Torras and Masia Freixa.

“Come to Discovery Terrassa’s Modernist Jewel!”

The Masia Freixa (1905-1910), Gaudí-inspired building built by architect Lluís Muncunill, stands out for its rounded profiles, the use of the parabolic arch and the applied arts. Now it houses the Tourist Office.

An outstanding opportunity to live a real test from close distance while the boldest will have the opportunity to fit a lumbar back strip o “faixa” and join the human tower. “Natura, un viatge pels sentits” (Nature, a journey for the senses)

The accessible route sets out from Casa Nova de l’Obac and ends in Obac Vell, within the area of the Sant Llorenç del Munt i l’Obac Natural Park.
The park unusual landscape is formed by steep rocks and giant red monoliths that contrast sharply with the green of the pine and oak forests on the mountain slopes and gorges. The accessible route is 600 metres in length and is linear, so bearing in mind the return journey, its length is 1.2 kilometres.
A proposal of integration with the environment, developing the five senses. Participation is free, but you must make a reservation in advance. Also you must indicate if you need the interpreter’s sign language.

“Parc a l’abast de tothom” (Park for everyone) – Chair of the mountain

The chair is a Joëlette, a SUV chair one wheel, with the help of companions, allows disabled or reduced mobility people to make journeys lo lands not suited.

The park will offer:
-Guided by the plain areas around the Casa Nova Obac by the users themselves.
No booking required.
– Climb to the top of the mountain Mola (by arrangement). Booking required.
