For people with visual impairments who know the Braïlle reading system, the guide of the Masia Freixa en Braïlle can be requested on loan from the Tourist Office so that you can visit it for free.

For people with intellectual disabilities, the publication of the Masia Freixa de Lectura Fàcil, can be requested at the Tourist Office.

Guided tours for the hearing impaired are scheduled for the Modernist Fair with an interpreter in LSC and for people with hearing impairments amplified sound devices and individual magnetic loops are made available. Visitors can request the devices from the guide at the beginning of the tour. To formalize the loan, you must hand in the DNI that will keep it until the devices are returned once the visit is over.

• Wheelchair users cannot make the full visit because the second floor does not have a lift (only the ground floor is adapted).
A small step must be saved to access the ground floor. There is an external ramp and an internal ramp that receptionists can put on and take off.
