Located at the foot of the Parc Natural de Sant Llorenç del Munt i l’Obac, offers over 50,000 m2 of installed equipment. Audiovisual production, business and academic facilities are concentrated . It is promoted by the Generalitat de Catalunya and the City Council. It is one of the most important industrial and audiovisual production complex in our country and in Europe.
Audiovisual Production
The park is mainly aimed at audiovisual production of films, commercials, TV shows and all media formats. It includes four sets of 1200, 600 in 1260 and 411 m2 soundproofing and with all the professionals facilities: makeup and hairdressing sets, dressing rooms, production rooms, large stores, 300 parking slots, etc.
Events
In addition to the shootings and recordings locations, the park offers a wide variety of exclusive spaces with a very pleasant atmosphere, evolved by the Natural Park, like the skyline of the city of Terrassa. It has a wide range of facilities where you can organize all kinds of events, presentations, meetings, conferences, dinners, cocktail parties, fashion shows, etc.

Besides the spaces for the audiovisual activity, the center has premises of different dimensions adaptable to the needs of customers and stakeholders, from offices of 18m2 to locals of 400m2. The services offered include optic fiber, IP telephony adaptable to different needs, access 24 hours, 365 days a year, common rooms (meeting and formation), restaurant and rest areas.
