Botifarra de Músic (dried fruit and nut Catalan sausage)
It is a cooked pinkish Catalan sausage with dried fruit and nuts such as walnuts, hazelnuts, raisins and almonds inside, all flavoured with Ullastrell sweet wine.

Every year it is a local custom to eat Botifarra de Músic during the Terrassa Jazz Festival.

It is a product created by the Gremi de Carnissers i Cansaladers-Xarcuters de Terrassa i Comarca (Terrassa and County Butchers and Pork Butchers Trade Association) on the grounds that “every good festival has some good food associated with it”.

Perfect for eating on slices of tomato bread or in salads, the bits inside it and hint of sweetness make eating this sausage a very agreeable experience.
